HR isn’t a back-office function here, you and the People Experience team are the heartbeat of the company. You'll make sure every person who joins and grows at Userlane has a smooth, well-supported experience at every stage – onboarding, development, and beyond, and that our Munich office is a place people genuinely want to come to. The role is structured, detail-heavy work, and you know that the small things done right are exactly what people remember. We’re not just looking for someone to fill the role; we’re looking for someone who brings motivation and passion to our team and our Munich office every day. This is a permanent, on-site role (35 hours/week); starting with an internship first is welcome, but not required.

You’ll work on opportunities such as:

Owning the employee lifecycle: Run onboarding, contract administration and offboarding so every process is accurate, structured and on time.
Growing into the full HR generalist scope: Take on more HR topics as you build experience, with room to specialise as you grow.
Being the first point of contact: Make HR feel approachable and responsive for every employee question, big or small.
Keeping our Munich office running: Ensure our office at St. Martin Str. 102 is well-organised, detail-perfect and a place people want to be.
Bringing the team together: Plan and run team and company events, from small get-togethers to bigger celebrations.
Using AI to work smarter: Bring fresh ideas on how AI tools can make HR processes faster and better.
